Our weekly meal plans are designed to make eating well easy, nourishing, and stress-free. Each plan is crafted for one individual, with hearty, filling portions that truly satisfy—no skimpy meals here.

How it works:
• Order by: Saturday at 11:59pm for pickup or delivery Monday 
• Pickup or Delivery: Meals are ready for pickup or delivery the following Monday afternoon. 
• What you get: A full week of chef-prepared meals made fresh with high-quality, wholesome ingredients. 

These meals are perfect for busy weeks, nourishing resets, or anyone who wants delicious, ready-to-eat food without the prep. Simply heat, enjoy, and feel good knowing you’re fueling your body well all week long.

Monday 

Teriyaki Stir Fry

A vibrant mix of vegetables in a our savoury teriyaki sauce with oven baked tofu. Topped with hemp hearts & served with a bed of basmati rice 

Tuesday

Kale & Romaine Caesar with House Made Tofu Steaks 

Kale, romaine, lemon pepper crispy chickpeas, almond parmesan, crumbled tempeh "bacon" purple cabbage, fresh lemon with a house made vegan creamy caesar dressing. Served with a house made seasoned tofu "steak"

 

 

 

Wednesday

Gluten Free Pasta with Seasoned Tofu 

Seasoned Tofu  & a savoury chunky house made rose sauce. Served with Gluten Free Noodles & topped with cashew parmesan. 

 Thursday

Follow the Beet Bowl 

Brown rice, kale, lemon beets, pickled onions, pumpkin seeds, edamame, sprouts, beet hummus, & mint with a signature tahini dressing
